LATEEF SATTI - FIRST FIGHTER PILOT FROM SATTI TRIBE

Lateef Satti was the first fighter pilot from Satti Tribe. His fighter aircraft was shot down when he was bombarding Japanese Army in Burma during 2nd World War. 

He was the brother of Ex Brigadier Sadiq Khan Satti MC, hailed from Thoon, Kotli Sattian.

BRIGADIER (R) RAJA MUHAMMAD HANIF - SITARA-E-JURAT (1965 WAR)

Brigadier (R) Raja Muhammad Hanif of 9 Punjab Regiment of Pakistan Army, was awarded Sitara-e-Jurat for his valour in Indo-Pak War of 1965. He hailed from Aryari, tehsil Kotli Sattian, in Rawalpindi district.
