DR HUMAYOON SHAFIQUE SATTI



Dr. Humayoon Shafique Satti is a Scientific Officer at Armed Forces Bone Marrow Transplant Centre, Pakistan. He completed his PhD in Biochemistry/Molecular Biology.

He has studied at University of Aberdeen, Scotland, Tubingen University, Germany and Quaid-e-Azam University, Islamabad.


Dr Satti is a recipient of ASH visitor Training program 2011 and HEC indigenous Scholarship award (2009-14). He has published 21 papers in national and international journals and worked as co-investigator in two phase-I/II human clinical trials exploring therapeutic potential of human mesenchymal stem cells in diseases like GVHD and spinal cord injury.  Humayoon does research in Cancer Research, Cell Biology and Immunology and Stem Cell Therapy. Their current project is 'Epidemiological prospects of complex diseases'.



DR AHSAN UL HAQ SATTI


Dr Ahsan Ul Haq Satti is a Professor at department of economics and finance, Pakistan Institute of Development Economics, Quaid-e-Azam University, Islamabad. He is visiting faculty for PhD, MSc, MS and BS programs at School of Economics, Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad, SZABIST, NUML and Air University. 

He obtained his PhD in Econometrics from International Islamic University Islamabad. His major courses in PhD were Statistical Research Method, Applied Econometrics, Time Series Econometrics, Econometrics Forecasting, Advance Macroeconomics, Advance Microeconomics, Advance Monetary Economics, Static and Dynamic Optimization. He has studied Econometrics, Economics and Statistics at IIUI and UAAR. 

Dr Satti is also an experienced trainer who has worked as a Resource Trainer for HEC, NUML, NARC, UAJK, Federal Bureau of Statistics and various Educational Institutions.



DR ABID MAJEED SATTI



Dr Abid Majeed Satti is a Senior Scientific Officer at NARC, Islamabad and a member of Pakistan Botanical Society. Prior to this he worked for Western Himalaya Research and Development Organisation and Pakistan Agricultural Research Council as a Scientific Officer and a Senior Scientific officer. 

Dr Satti earned his PhD in Biological Sciences from QAU, Islamabad. He published eleven research papers and attended several International Seminars and conferences.


He obtained his MPhil degree in Plant sciences from QAU, Islamabad, and BSc (Hons) in Agriculture and Horticulture from University of Agriculture Faisalabad.


Dr Abid Satti is a highly skilled research officer with great leadership qualities. His area of interest is Stress Physiology Surveillance,Virulence/Race analysis of Wheat Rust Diseases Germplasim Screening.




DR AAMER WAHEED SATTI



Mr. Aamer Waheed Satti is working as "Assistant Professor" in the Department of Management Sciences at CIIT Islamabad. Mr. Satti has joined the department in February 2004 and during this tenure he taught Management and Accounting related subjects. He has worked as Incharge Undergraduate Programs from January 2011 to January 2015. During this tenure he has introduced new academic programs like BS (Accounting and Finance) and Bachelor of Business Studies. Mr. Satti was the founding convener of Departmental Exam Monitoring Team and now involved and working in different committee/teams like; Member of Disaster Management Committee, Organizer of Capacity Building Workshop on Islamic Finance, Organizer of iPakistan, Organizer of Managed Pakistan, Member organizing committee of SAICON and more. Mr. Satti is known as workaholic man and trend setter by inculcating changes in processes. He is actively involved in administration and supervising different operations at departmental level.

Mr. Satti is a PhD scholar at CIIT Islamabad. His areas of research interest are employee development and performance appraisal. He has published seven journal articles with two conference proceedings. He has worked as a Quality Control Officer (QCO) in National Commission for Human Development (NCHD) project based at Islamabad.  

In 2015-2016, Mr. Satti has lead the two offices as Incharge DARC (Department Academic Regulatory Committee) Office and Incharge Personnel Office of the Department of Management Sciences.

WAQAR SATTI - SENIOR JOURNALIST


Waqar Satti is a senior correspondent of Geo TV Network. He is active in the field of journalism since January 1998 as he possesses extensive experience in reporting, which is helping him to move forward to the new heights. Waqar Satti holds prestigious position in the journalism industry of Pakistan. Rawalpindi based journalist completed his high school from Khalifa Bin Zaid School & College Abu Dhabi, and he earned his Bachelor's degree from Rawalpindi College of Commerce.

Waqar initially worked as a reporter in an Urdu Daily Newspaper ‘Jehan’. His experience in reporting led him to work for Express News Television. He is very well versed with the proper and in depth coverage of political activities. He had opportunity to cover multiple political events, his reporting was beyond a doubt clear and wide.

Waqar has been active in Journalist’s union. He is a former president of Rawalpindi and Islamabad Union of Journalists (RIUJ). Currently he has the charge of office of secretary finance of National Press Club Islamabad.


Waqar’s experience led him to become a part of launch team of 92 News. His hard work paid off as 92 News successfully launched on time. All the launching related matters and tasks were carried out in a professional manner by the launch team. In May 2015, Waqar resigned from 92 News and joined Geo News as a senior correspondent.

DR PERVAIZ SATTI


Pervaiz Satti is a clinical psychologist, a lawyer and a philanthropist. He worked in an international project of World Health Organisation (WHO) as a clinical psychologist, he had been working in various states of America, having International Affiliate status of American Psychological Association Washington D.C since 1997. Prior to this he worked as a clinical psychologist in the department of Psychiatry Rawalpindi General Hospital (now Benazir Bhutto Hospital).

Currently he is residing in Islamabad and imparting free psychological services to deserving cases about mental health counselling and psychotherapy in Islamabad, United kingdom and United States. He has profound inclination for humanitarianism and innate tendency of philanthropy.

Pervaiz Satti obtained his PhD in clinical psychology and he earned his masters degree with university distinction.


In addition to this he is a lawyer as well. His law degree helped him greatly in his research work in the field of "psychology and criminology", "hates and crimes", "cognitive functions and abnormal behaviours".
